Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create or use a Sutralila account, such as your email address, display name, username, birthday, profile information, interests and experience preferences. We also process the posts, Reels, Stories, comments, replies, messages and other content you choose to create or share.

We may collect device, app, network, security and usage information needed to operate the service, protect accounts, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and understand feature reliability.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide social and communication features, deliver and rank content, personalize recommendations, send requested notifications, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve Sutralila.

Your interests, follows, relationships and activity may be used to rank or recommend creators, conversations, Stories, Reels and other content. Available privacy and personalization controls can be changed in the app.

Messages and media

Sutralila processes messaging information needed to deliver conversations. Where a feature is described as end-to-end encrypted, message content and encrypted attachments are protected according to that feature's design. Some operational metadata may still be processed to route messages, prevent abuse and maintain the service.

Google services and chat backup

If you choose Google-based chat backup or recovery, Sutralila requests only the Google authorization needed to provide that feature. Backup data is associated with the Google account you select and is used to create, find, restore or manage your Sutralila backup; it is not used for advertising.

Sutralila chat backup content is encrypted on your device before upload. Chat device identity and private end-to-end-encryption keys are not included in the backup. You can disconnect Google access through your Google Account and can turn off or manage backup from Sutralila where those controls are available.

Sutralila's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.

Sharing and service providers

We may use infrastructure, storage, delivery, security, analytics, payment and other service providers to operate Sutralila. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Public profile fields and public content can be viewed by other people. Other content is shared according to the audience, relationship and privacy controls you select. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public or the integrity of the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect safety and prevent fraud. Retention periods can differ by data type and operational need.

You can edit many profile and privacy settings in Sutralila. Where account deletion is available, deleting an account starts the applicable deletion process, subject to limited retention required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or backup purposes.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport and security monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your credentials and verification codes private.

Children and regional rights

Sutralila should only be used by people who meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements applicable in their region. Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or obtain a copy of certain personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Sutralila evolves or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service channel, and the current version will remain available on this page.
